Century-old former German Consulate building welcomes public visitors in Wuhan

The former German Consulate, built in 1895at the current office area ofWuhan municipal government, has been open to the public free of charge since Oct. 18, 2025. It has so far received over 4,200 visitors. The site is open only on weekends and public holidays, with five guided tours per day and a maximum of 15 people per tour.
