Guo Lifang, 43, stooped to enter the blue-roofed sheds, inspecting each of the 17 structures one by one. By the time she emerged from the last shed, her trousers were splashed with water and her shoes caked in mud. This marked her 12th year since returning to her hometown to start a business, and another International Women's Day spent working among the sheds.

时间回溯到2014年，地处仙岛湖畔的车前村土地贫瘠，年轻人纷纷外出务工。在温州打拼十余年的郭丽芳，却决定回村创业。面对零散贫瘠的抛荒地，她主动对接村委会，用诚意打动乡亲，村民流转200多亩土地，出工出力帮她修路开渠，德丰生态观光采摘园很快雏形初现。
Back in 2014, CheqianVillage, located on the shores of Xiandao Lake, suffered from poor soil quality, compelling many young residents to seek work elsewhere. Guo Lifang, who had worked in Wenzhou for over a decade, made the decisive choice to return home and launch a venture. Faced with scattered, barren wasteland, she proactively coordinated with the village committee. Her sincerity won over the villagers, who leased more than 200 mu of land to her and volunteered their labor to build roads and dig irrigation canals. Soon, the Defeng Ecological Sightseeing and Picking Garden began to take shape.
十年深耕，郭丽芳引入15个品种的水果，吸纳15名脱贫户稳定就业，农忙时每日用工达60多人。可就在日子渐有奔头时，2024年2月的暴雪给了她沉重一击——85个大棚接连坍塌，200多万元损失让十年积累一夜归零。
After a decade of diligent cultivation, Guo introduced 15 varieties of fruit, providing stable employment for 15 households lifted out of poverty and hiring over 60 workers daily during peak seasons. Just as prospects began to brighten, a severe blizzard in February 2024 struck a heavy blow. Eighty-five greenhouses collapsed in succession, and losses exceeding 2 million yuan wiped out ten years of accumulated wealth overnight.
困境中，当地镇党委政府伸出援手，对接保险机构、号召党员干部救灾。偶然间，郭丽芳瞄准本地国家地理标志产品阳新屯鸟，在农业科技特派员指导下，创新“葡萄树下套养屯鸟”模式，形成“禽——肥——果”绿色循环，不仅降低30%养殖成本，还提升了葡萄品质，每亩综合收益大幅提升。
In the midst of this adversity, the local town Party committee and government extended a helping hand, coordinating with insurance agencies and mobilizing Party members and cadres for disaster relief. Seizing an opportunity, Guo focused on raising Yangxin Muscovy ducks, a local product certified with China's National Geographical Indication. Guided by agricultural science and technology commissioners, she pioneered an innovative model of raising Muscovy ducks under grapevines. This established a green "poultry-manure-fruit" circular economy, which not only reduced breeding costs by 30% but also improved grape quality, significantly boosting comprehensive income per mu.
2024年底，郭丽芳试养4000只屯鸟纯收入4万元；次年扩建17个标准化大棚，养殖2万只屯鸟，年收入达40万元。她熟悉每一只屯鸟的习性，还为屯鸟绑定二维码溯源，与保种场签订“六统一”协议，助力阳新屯鸟全产业链年产值达5亿元。
By the end of 2024, Guo's trial breeding of 4,000 Muscovy ducks yielded a net income of 40,000 yuan. The following year, she expanded operations by constructing 17 standardized greenhouses to raise 20,000 ducks, achieving an annual income of 400,000 yuan. Familiar with the habits of every bird, she implemented a QR code traceability system for the flock and signed a "Six Unifications" agreement with a breed conservation farm. These efforts helped boost the annual output value of the entire Yangxin Muscovy duck industrial chain to 500 million yuan.
致富后的郭丽芳没有忘记乡亲，尤其牵挂村里的妇女。她的合作社常年吸纳农村妇女务工，让她们既能赚钱又能照顾家庭，每人每年可增收近3万元。去年重阳节，她还精心挑选1万多颗屯鸟蛋，送给全镇老人和福利院，用温情回报乡亲。
Despite her success, Guo has never forgotten her fellow villagers, particularly the women in her community. Her cooperative consistently employs rural women, enabling them to earn an income while caring for their families, with each worker increasing their annual earnings by nearly 30,000 yuan. On last year's Double Ninth Festival, she carefully selected over 10,000 Muscovy duck eggs and donated them to the elderly and a local welfare home, repaying her community with warmth and gratitude.
风拂仙岛湖，带着泥土的芬芳。如今，每到清晨或傍晚，两万只屯鸟的叫声便会回荡山谷，成为仙岛湖畔最动人的田园乐章。从温州打工妹到仙岛湖“屯鸟妈妈”，12年风雨兼程，她熬过困境、收获温暖，带着一群农村女性扎根土地，把平凡日子，过成了自己心中最明媚的春天。
