楚天都市报极目新闻讯（记者张盼 杨琛源 通讯员杜少华 周瑞）1月28日，武汉市汉阳区龙湖东岸社区广场社区年货节上，人声鼎沸、虾香四溢，由大厨现场制作的潜江鲜活冬虾成为现场人气焦点。鲜甜Q弹的小龙虾、萌趣打卡点与限定周边冰箱贴，让市民在冬日解锁了潜江"四季有虾"的舌尖惊喜，更为年货盛会添上了红红火火中国年的滋味。
Chutian Metropolis Daily Jimu News (Reporter Zhang Pan, Yang Chenyuan, Correspondent Du Shaohua, Zhou Rui)On January 28th, at the New Year's Festival held in the Longhu Dong'an Community Square of HanYang District, Wuhan City, the venue was filled with flowed crowds and the aroma of shrimp was everywhere. The live-prepared fresh Dongjiang winter shrimp by the chef became the highlight of the event. The fresh, sweet and springy crayfish, the cute spots for visitors and the limited-edition refrigerator stickers, enabled the citizens to unlock the mouth-watering "all-year-round shrimp" experience during the winter season, adding the festive flavor of a red-hot Chinese New Year to the annual festival.
活动当日，潜江龙虾展位前早就聚起了人气，等待龙虾出锅。来自武汉青山神豪家宴潜江龙虾店的烧虾师傅白前辉，正熟练地颠锅翻炒。
Crowds gathered early at the Qianjiang crayfish booth on the day of the event, drawn by the aroma of freshly cooked crayfish and eager to sample the local specialty. Bai Qianhui, a master chef specializing in crayfish from the Qianjiang Crayfish Restaurant of Shenhao Family Banquet in Qingshan District, Wuhan, was on site, skillfully tossing and stir-frying the crayfish in a large wok.
“我们准备了蒜蓉、干椒、柠檬泡虾三种口味，选用的是潜江直供的鲜活小龙虾，每只都鲜甜Q弹，肉质紧实。”白师傅一边翻炒，一边介绍，“大家不用跑远路，就能尝到地道的潜江味。”
“We’ve prepared three flavors — garlic, dried chili, and lemon-infused crayfish,” Bai said while cooking. “All the crayfish are freshly supplied directly from Qianjiang. Each one is sweet, springy, and firm in texture. Visitors can enjoy authentic local flavors without traveling there.”
铁锅中的小龙虾渐渐染上诱人的红亮色泽，白师傅掀开锅盖的瞬间，热气裹挟着鲜香扑面而来，摊位前市民排起了长队。
As the crayfish gradually turned a glossy red in the iron wok, clouds of fragrant steam rose into the air, quickly attracting passersby. A long line soon formed in front of the booth as residents waited to receive their portions.
带着孙子来逛年货节的张大爷，手里端着小龙虾，笑得合不拢嘴:“我孙子平时就爱吃虾，今天能免费尝到这么正宗的潜江龙虾，高兴得不得了。”
Zhang, an elderly man visiting the fair with his grandson, held a bowl of crayfish and beamed with delight. “My grandson loves eating crayfish,” he said. “Getting to taste such authentic Qianjiang crayfish for free today has really made our day.”
“冬天能吃上鲜活的小龙虾也太幸福了!”刚领到小龙虾的市民李女士迫不及待地尝了一口，连连称赞，“肉质特别弹牙，味道调得刚好，这要是端上团年宴，肯定是最受欢迎的一道硬菜!”
“It’s such a treat to enjoy fresh crayfish in winter,” said Ms. Li, a resident who had just received her portion and took a bite right away. She praised the dish repeatedly, noting that the crayfish was “especially firm and bouncy, and perfectly seasoned. If this were served at the Lunar New Year reunion dinner, it would definitely be a crowd pleaser,” she added.
据介绍，近年来，潜江市全力打造“四季有虾”新模式，通过科技创新突破小龙虾“夏旺冬缺”的自然限制，实现了鲜活小龙虾全年稳定供应，为老百姓的团年宴提供了颜值与风味兼具的新选择。
As introduced, in recent years, Qianjiang City has developed a new model of "year-round crawfish". Through scientific and technological innovation, the city has overcome the natural constraint of crawfish "thriving in summer but scarce in winter", achieving a stable, year-round supply of freshly harvested crawfish. This has added a visually appealing and flavorful new option to families’ Lunar New Year reunion dinners.
活动现场，除了热气腾腾的免费试吃，展位旁设置的萌趣小龙虾卡通造型打卡点也备受青睐，憨态可掬的红亮形象自带节庆氛围感，不少市民全家上阵合影留念，定格这份独特的年味瞬间。同时，现场还限量赠送了高颜值小龙虾主题冰箱贴，让市民把红火年味与美好祝福一并带回家。
Highlights of the event included free tastings of piping-hot crawfish and a cute cartoon crawfish photo area set up next to the exhibition booths, which proved popular with families. With its endearing bright-red look, a color fitting for the New Year festivities, attendees were eager to pose for photos and capture these unique, warm Lunar New Year moments. Limited-edition crawfish-themed fridge magnets were also distributed, allowing visitors to take home a vibrant touch of the Lunar New Year spirit along with best wishes for the new year.
此外，年货节现场还设有多元特色板块: 炸丸子、红肠等味农副产品集中展销，满足市民一站式采购需求；社区卫生服务中心提供义诊与健康常识咨询，守护居民健康；居民志愿者现场挥毫送春联，笔墨间传递新春祝福；反诈宣传、医保政策解读等便民服务贴心暖心，舞蹈等文艺节目轮番上演，市民在逛吃打卡中，沉浸式感受浓浓的年味儿与邻里温情。
The New Year Shopping Fair also featured a wide range of themed sections. Stalls selling fried meatballs, Harbin-style sausages and other local farm products catered to residents’ one-stop shopping needs, while community health centers provided free medical consultations and health advice. Volunteers picked up their calligraphy brushes to write and give away traditional Spring Festival couplets, alongside services such as anti-fraud awareness campaigns and medical insurance policy consultations. Dance performances and other cultural programs kept the fun and lively atmosphere going, as residents shopped, sampled food and soaked up the strong festive spirit and sense of community.
