外卖小哥从衡水骑电动车去拉萨，边旅行边送外卖赚路费 Delivery Worker Travels from Hengshui to Xizang on Electric Scooter，Delivering Food While Bikepacking to Fund Travel Costs

穿着外卖服，骑着电动车，一人一车，从河北衡水到西藏拉萨，边旅行边送外卖。来自衡水的外卖小哥张世良，6月18日踏上骑行进藏之旅。7月9日，张世良告诉极目新闻记者，他目前已到达西藏林芝，离目的地拉萨还有四百多公里，预计还有3天到达。一路上，他不仅欣赏到了沿途风景，还在多个城市送外卖赚路费。
Dressed in iconic delivery worker gear and riding an electric scooter, one man is on a solo bikepacking trip from Hengshui, Hebei to Lhasa, Xizang, delivering food along the way. Zhang Shiliang, a delivery rider based in Hengshui, embarked on his journey to Xizang on June 18. On July 9, Zhang told Jimu News that he had reached Nyingchi, Xizang, and was about 3-day journey or 400 kilometers away from his destination, Lhasa. Along the way, he not only enjoyed the scenery but also delivered food in several cities mid-journey to cover his travel expenses.

1992年出生的张世良，以前从事过美容美发行业，如今是一名外卖众包骑手，他的短视频账号名为“追风老张”，张世良时常在上面分享自己送外卖途中的见闻。张世良告诉极目新闻记者，他3年前萌生了骑行进藏的想法，但骑自行车进藏太累，耗费的时间也更长，而骑电动车舒适点，还可以一边旅行，一边沿途送外卖赚点钱。
Born in 1992, Zhang Shiliang previously worked in the hair and beauty industry and is now a freelance delivery worker. His social media account “Chasing Wind Lao Zhang”, features frequent posts of his experiences delivering food during his travels. Zhang told Jimu News that he conceived the idea of cycling to Xizang three years ago, but decided against it fearing it would be a too physically taxing and time-consuming bike ride to Xizang. Riding an electric scooter would instead offer comfort, and an option to earn money while traveling.
“出发前，我在网上做了一些攻略，包括带哪些装备、路上扎胎了怎么处理等。”张世良介绍，他的电动车是此前送外卖的工具车，此次进藏前他做了一定的升级，这辆车目前总共投入了近三万元，充满电能续航近500公里。此外，车上还装了睡袋帐篷，方便夜间住宿。
“Before setting out, I did some research online, including what equipment to bring and how to handle flat tires along the way”, Zhang explained. His electric scooter, previously used for deliveries, underwent some necessary modifications for this trip, costing him nearly 30,000 yuan. The scooter can travel up to 500 kilometers on a full charge. Additionally, he outfitted the scooter with a sleeping bag and tent for nighttime use.
极目新闻记者从张世良提供的地图软件截图上看到，此行他经过了河北、河南、陕西、四川等多个省份。他告诉极目新闻记者，自己在洛阳、西安、成都等城市停留，一般会跑一天外卖，赚一两百元。路途中，每天的花费在五十元左右。
Jimu News reporters noted from screenshots of Zhang’s navigation software that his route took him through several provinces, including Hebei, Henan, Shaanxi, and Sichuan. He told the reporters that he stopped in the respective main cities like Luoyang, Xi’an, and Chengdu, typically delivering food for a day and earning 100 to 200 yuan. During the trip, his daily expenses averaged 50 yuan.
回想起此次旅途走过的路，张世良也感觉有些后怕，比如从西安骑车翻越秦岭，花费了一天时间，直到晚上10时才从大山里出来；在四川甘孜，电动车车胎扎到三个钉子受损了，他硬是撑着骑了50公里才抵达县城；在四川理塘，他还出现了一些高原反应。
Reflecting on the journey, Zhang admitted there were a few precarious moments. For example, when he cycled through the Qinling Mountains from Xi’an, it took him an entire day, only emerging from the mountains at 10 p.m. In Ganzi, Sichuan, following a tire puncture from three nails, causing severe damage, he pushed through another 50 kilometers to the nearest town. In Litang, Sichuan, he experienced mild altitude sickness.
不过，这一路上，张世良也遇到了很多有意思的骑友，他的骑行经历也被其他旅行博主分享到网络。“大家都很好奇，我居然会从河北骑电动车到西藏。我就是小学毕业，没有读万卷书，所以就想走万里路，去看看这个世界。”张世良说，在城市里待久了，偶尔出来放松放松，他的心情非常舒畅。
Despite these challenges, Zhang encountered many remarkable fellow riders along the way, and his journey was also shared by other travel bloggers online. “Everyone is curious about how I managed to ride an electric scooter from Hebei to Xizang. I only graduated from elementary school, so if I can’t read a thousand books, I will travel a thousand miles and see the world”, Zhang said. Having spent so much time in the city, occasionally escaping the bustle to relax and unwind is a treat, and this journey was exactly that.
极目新闻记者也注意到，有网友将张世良骑行前后的照片截图对比，调侃称“西藏不仅距离远，时间流速也快吗？感觉你20天老了20岁。”对此，张世良笑着说，他一路上也做了防晒措施，现在一看确实变化挺大，很明显被晒黑了。
Jimu News reporters also noticed that some netizens compared Zhang’s photos before and after the trip, jokingly saying, “Not only is Xizang far away, but does time go faster there? You look like you’ve aged 20 years in 20 days.” Zhang responded with a laugh, stating while he had taken precautions against the sun along the way, he could see the obvious changes—he was noticeably more tanned.
张世良告诉极目新闻记者，等到拉萨后，他准备停留半个月，在当地送送外卖，挣点回程的费用。返回衡水时，他会选择走另一条路线，也会一边骑行一边送外卖。
Zhang told Jimu News that once he reaches Lhasa, he intends to stay for half a month, delivering food locally to raise funds for his return trip. On his way back to Hengshui, he plans to take a different route and continue delivering food along the way.
