北京时间7月29日晚，在巴黎奥运会射箭男子团体铜牌赛中，湖北运动员考文超与国家队队友李中原、王岩联袂出战，获得第四名。首征奥运的考文超为湖北射箭创下历史，他在决战时刻打出的6个10环表现惊艳。
On the evening of July 29th, Beijing time, Kao Wenchao, a native of Hubei, along with his teammates Li Zhongyuan and Wang Yan from the national team, achieved fourth position in the men’s team archery bronze-medal event at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Despite being a first-time Olympian, Kao Wenchao made history for Hubei’s archery, delivering an impressive performance after shooting six perfect 10s during key moments of the final match.
出生于2000年11月的考文超，是一位年轻而充满活力的射箭新秀。2023年考文超加入湖北射箭队，在多个国内大赛上，展现出了优秀的竞技状态，为湖北队赢得了荣誉。2023年底，经过全国范围内的激烈选拔，考文超凭借出色的表现成功入选国家集训队，正式踏上了通往国际赛场的征途。
Born in November, 2000, Kao Wenchao is a young and vibrant rising star in archery. After joining Hubei’s archery team in 2023, he showcased exceptional skills during his performances in several national competitions and put Hubei’s archery team on the map. At the end of 2023, after rigorous nationwide selection, Kao’s outstanding performance gained him admission into the national training team, marking the beginning of his journey onto an international stage.
经过奥运选拔赛的考验，考文超逐渐站稳了国家队主力位置，他跟随中国射箭队积极备战巴黎奥运会，参加了多场国际箭联世界杯分站赛。在今年6月举行的2024年国际箭联世界杯反曲弓男子团体比赛中，考文超与队友王岩、李中原组成的中国队迎来了证明自己的机会。
After participating in the Olympic trials, Kao has gradually solidified his role as a key player in the national team. He actively prepared for the Paris Olympics along with the Chinese archery team and participated in many stages of Archery World Cup organized by the World Archery Federation. In the 2024 Archery World Cup Recurve Men’s Team held in June this year, Kao Wenchao and his teammates Wang Yan and Li Zhongyuan got the chance to shine the spotlight on Team China.
最终中国队获得该项目的第四名，虽然没有获得铜牌，但考文超为湖北射箭项目创造了奥运会的最好成绩。
At the 2024 Paris Olympics, the trio ultimately ranked fourth in the men’s team event. Despite missing out on the bronze medal, Wenchao has surely propelled Hubei’s standing in archery at the Olympics.
整个团体比赛，考文超的表现十分亮眼，特别是在关键的铜牌赛中，考文超8次射靶打出了6个10环的好成绩，体现了高超的竞技水平。男子团队比赛结束后，考文超马上就将投入到个人赛中。此前的个人排位赛中，他名列第26位。由于个人赛采取1V1对战的形式，所以他仍然有机会争取好成绩。
Throughout the team event, Kao Wenchao had a stellar performance, especially during the deciding match for bronze, Kao scored six perfect 10s out of eight shots, evidence of his impeccable skills. Immediately after the men’s team event, Kao Wenchao will move on to the individual event. Previously, he placed 26th in the individual ranking. As the individual competition takes the form of a 1V1 match, he still stands a chance at securing good results.
湖北省体育局射击运动管理中心主任李冰表示：“从整体表现来看，首次参加奥运比赛的考文超，比赛中的状态一场比一场好，体现了较高的竞技水平。射箭项目历史上首次有湖北运动员参加奥运会，考文超的每一项成绩都是湖北射箭的历史性突破，对湖北射箭在本周期和下个周期的备战参赛，都有着很强的激励作用。接下来的个人比赛，期待他能有优异的表现。”
Li Bing, director of the Archery Management Center of the Hubei Administration of Sport, said: “Considering his overall performance, Kao Wenchao has improved with each match during his debut at the Olympic Games, and has shown a high level of skill. As the first athlete from Hubei to compete in archery at the Olympics, each of Kao Wenchao’s achievements marks a historic breakthrough for Hubei’s presence in archery. For Hubei, these feats will fuel preparations for the current games and future rounds of Olympics. Looking forward to his excellent performance in the upcoming individual event.”
