5月31日晚,“听,心灵在歌唱”合唱音乐会在武汉琴台音乐厅唱响,来自武汉市盲童学校的孩子们,用天籁之声庆祝六一儿童节。

On the evening of May 31,“Listen, the soul sings”choral concert was held atWuhan Qintai Concert Hall, where children from the Wuhan School for the Blind celebrated Children's Day with their angelic voices.

好老师如群星闪耀,照亮孩子人生之路。本次音乐会也是“荆楚好老师群星计划”的系列活动之一,是“师生家校社”共同呵护孩子成长的一次生动体现。

Good teachers are like a group of stars shining brightly, lighting up the path of children's lives. This concert is one of the series of activities of the“Jingchu Good Teacher Star Project”, which is a vivid manifestation of the plan aiming to facilitate cooperation in childcare between “teachers, students, families, schools and communities”.

一个好老师带动一群好老师。在武汉盲校,由“全国最美教师”张龙引领的“心灯”教师团队,就是帮助这些折翼天使圆梦的点灯人。

One good teacher motivated a group of good teachers into action. At the Wuhan School for the Blind, Zhang Long, who is awarded as the “Most Beautiful Teacher Nationwide”, leads the “Your Heart's Lamp” Team, which aims to help these angels with broken wings to fulfill their dreams.

官方授权改编版《思乡曲》、原创歌曲《暖》、阿卡贝拉《国家》、师生对唱《如愿》……在琴台音乐厅的聚光灯下,武汉盲校“六点天使”艺术团带来了13首曲目的表演。

An officially licensed adaptation ofthe song “Homesickness”, an original song“Warmth”, an a cappella version ofthe song “Country”and a student-teacher duet ofthe song “As You Wish”were performed by “Six o'clock Angel” ArtGroup from the Wuhan School for the Blind under the spotlight of the Qintai Concert Hall.

“六点天使”艺术团是张龙在2013年创立的,十年后的今天,已发展成18个艺术社团、2个体育社团,学校大部分盲童至少能掌握两项乐器。

“Six o'clock Angel”ArtGroup was founded by Zhang Long in 2013.Now, ten years later, it has grown into 18 art clubs and two sports clubs, with most of the children mastering at least two musical instruments.

“一个人走100步,不如带动100个人走一步。”张龙说,把艺术团真正办成盲童心灵的港湾,仅靠她一个人是远远不够的。十年来,有一大批志愿者老师为孩子们无私付出,比如全程指导本次音乐会的严东奎、李慈文、吴梦园等音乐人。平时,武汉盲校的众多老师也都拿出了自己压箱底的绝活教孩子们。

“It's better to motivate 100 people to take one step than to take 100 steps alone.”Zhang Long said.It is not enough for her alone to make the ArtGroup a true haven for the hearts of blind children. Over the past ten years, a large number of volunteer teachers, such as Yan Dongkui, Li Ciwen, Wu Mengyuan and other musicians who directed the entire concert, have given selflessly to the children. Many teachers at the Wuhan School for the Blind have also utilized their excellent skills to teach the children.

音乐会上忙前忙后的李炜老师,也和张龙一样,是从普通学校主动申请调入盲校的。“一开始大家不是很理解,但我觉得每个梦想都值得去灌溉。”李炜说,她将张龙视为“师傅”,在她的启发下将语文教育和艺术教育相结合。

Teacher Li Wei, who was busy at the concert, just like Zhang Long, volunteered to transfer from a regular school to this special school.“At first, people didn't really understand, but I think every dream is worth nurturing.”Li Wei said, and she regards Zhang Long as her“master ” under whose inspiration she decided to combine language education with art education.

2022年,在武汉市经典诵读比赛中,李炜和团队伙伴李娜指导盲生田彬楠、林俊,凭作品《诗意中国》获得一等奖。目前,这两名同学都已考入北京联合大学。

In 2022, Li Wei and herteammate Li Na coached blind students Tian Binnan and Lin Jun who won first prize in the Wuhan Classical Recitation Competition for their work“Poetic China”. Both students have since been admitted to Beijing Union University.

2014年参加国际陶笛比赛,2015年登上央视全国最美教师颁奖典礼的舞台,2021年参加全国残疾人汇演获得器乐类金奖,2022年在上海TSP国际邀请赛上获得“四金两银”……来到武汉盲校后,李炜一直陪伴艺术团的孩子们四处演出,更多时候则承担着幕后工作,负责拍照、摄像、对外宣传。

In 2014, thekidsof the artgroupparticipated in the international ceramic flute competition. And they performed on the stage of CCTV's Most Beautiful Teacher National Award Ceremonyin 2015. Then, in 2021, they won a gold medal in the instrumental music category at the National Disabled People's Performances. In 2022, they won“four gold and two silver medals”at the TSP International Invitational Competition in Shanghai... After joining Wuhan School for the Blind, Li Wei has accompanied the artgroup to every show and performance. Moreover, shehas overseen work behind-the-scenes, such as photography, filming and publicity.

张龙说,李炜总是全情投入团队工作,甚至可以18小时“超长待机”,“正是因为一个个像她这样的老师,才能让艺术团不断登上更高的舞台,让这些看不见世界的盲童被世界‘看见’。”

Zhang Long said that Li Wei is always fully committed to her team's work, even working up to 18 hours a day . “It is because of teachers like her that theart groupcontinues to rise to a higher stage and let these blind children who cannot see the world beseen by the world.”


让音乐疗愈受伤的心灵

除了这场音乐会,“心灯”教师团队还有一次惊艳亮相——5月6日晚,家庭疗愈剧《心灯》在湖北省戏曲艺术中心首次公演。该剧真实反映了“心灯”教师团队四年来在武汉盲校开展“艺术治疗”,探索“师生家校社”协同育人的故事。

In addition to the concert, the“Your Heart's Lamp” teacher team made another stunning debut - the first public performance of the family healing play“Your Heart's Lamp”at the Hubei Provincial Opera Art Centre on the evening of May 6. The play is a true reflection of the four years of“art therapy” carried out by the“Your Heart's Lamp”team of teachers at Wuhan School for the Blind, exploring the cooperation between “teacher-student-home-school-society” in education.

2018年,韩国龙仁大学艺术治疗博士徐凤萍拜访张龙,双方不谋而合,决定在武汉盲校试点用综合艺术治疗的方式,提升盲生的社会适应能力和心理健康水平。“心灯艺术治疗工作室”团队成员主要包括武汉盲校老师、武汉音乐学院教师以及志愿者教师,进行了8个方向研究,采用舞蹈、音乐、美术、戏剧、诗歌、沉浸体验、互动游戏等形式疗愈学生心灵。

In 2018, Dr. Xu Fengping, a doctorofarttherapy at Longren University in South Korea, visited Zhang Long. The two sides held similar views anddecided toenhance the social adaptation andmentalwell-being of blind students bypilotinga comprehensive art therapy approach at the WuhanSchool for the Blind. The“Your Heart's Lamp Art Therapy Studio”team consisted mainly of teachers from the Wuhan School for the Blind, instructors from the Wuhan Conservatory of Music, and volunteer teachers. They conducted research in eight different areas and used various forms of therapy such as dance, music,art, drama, poetry, immersive experience, and interactive games.

团队成员中有一对特殊的搭档——盲校教师宋静芳和她的女儿易珊珊。宋静芳的课题是建立规则意识,去年,有一名学生林林(化名),因为和家长、同学经常产生矛盾,主动要求加入。“正是从林林身上,我看到我们的尝试非常有效果。”宋静芳说,半路加入的林林融入得非常快,“治疗”结束,家长和老师都反映她像变了个人。

Among the team's members, is a special pair of partners - Song Jingfang, a blind school teacher, and her daughter Yi Shanshan. Song Jingfang's project is to establishawareness of rules. Last year, a student named Lin Lin (pseudonym) voluntarily requested to join due to frequent conflicts with her parents and classmates.“It was from Lin Lin that I saw that our attempts were very effective.”,Song Jingfang said. Lin Lin, who joined halfway through the course, integrated very quickly. After the “treatment”, both her parents and teachersreflectedthat it was almost as if she was an entirely different person.

易珊珊大学毕业后,在妈妈和徐凤萍的影响下,专门留学韩国攻读了美术治疗硕士,并成为“心灯”团队的一名辅助治疗师。

After graduating from university, Yi Shanshan, motivated by her mother and Dr. Xu Fengping, studied abroad in South Korea to pursue a master's degree in art therapy and became anassistanttherapist for the“Your Heart's Lamp”team.

“艺术治疗是真的很有效。”团队年轻老师强若讲述了这样一个故事:有一次她身体不舒服,到了“治疗室”后就跟同学说让她先缓缓,没想到4名平时爱疯闹的学生都格外安静,围在她身旁静静地坐着,还不断安抚老师。强若说:“神奇的是,那几分钟的安静相处后,我身体的不适一扫而空。我想,我疗愈孩子们,也被他们疗愈了。”

“Art therapy is really effective.”,said Qiang Ruo, a young teacher in the team. Once, when she felt unwell,she arrived at the “treatment room” and requested her students let her restfirst. Surprisingly, the four students who were typically rowdy were exceptionally quiet, sitting quietly around her and constantly comforting her. Qiang Ruo said,“Amazingly, after those few minutes of quiet interaction, my physical discomfort vanished. I believe I have healed the children and also been healed by them.”

团队成员郑小琨介绍,团队老师都接受了长时间的培训,且都自学考取了心理咨询师证书。所有老师都是用课余时间开展这项科研,除每周开展两次“治疗”还要详细记录和分析每次课程。目前,团队已开展“治疗”累计约242小时,完成了约60万字的课程记录,团队研究成为湖北省教育科学规划重点课题。

A member of the team Zheng Xiaokun introduced that the teachers have received long-term training and have through self-study obtained the required qualifications for psychological counselors. All teachers carriedout this research in their spare time, and in addition to conducting“treatment”twice a week,they also neededto record and analyze each class in detail. At present, the team has carried out“treatment”for a total of about 242 hours and completed a course record of about 600,000 words. The team's research has become a key topic in the Research Topics for the Scientific Planning of Education in Hubei Province.


让知识填充未知的将来

学校不仅要疗愈孩子,更要让他们未来有宽广的路可走。

Schools should not only heal children, but also provide them with a broad path to pursue in the future.

“我们来到盲校首先要做的是学习盲文和蒙上眼睛,去感知孩子们的世界。”湖北省优秀教师李娜从教20余年,一直从事专业课教学工作。为了让孩子们理解晦涩陌生的医学知识,李娜下了不少功夫,自制教具就是其中一个办法。课堂上,李娜会带着学生们一起用橡皮泥等道具制作半月板等身体结构。“从孩子们的制作过程中,可以很好地检验他们有没有学透知识。做成之后,他们可以摸得到,脑海中就有画面了。”李娜说。

“The first thing we need to do when we come to a blind school is to learn Braille and cover our eyes so that we can experience the world of our students.”Li Na, renowned as an excellent teacher in Hubei Province, has been teaching professional courses for over 20 years. To help her young students understand obscure and unfamiliar medical knowledge, Li Na exerted much effort, and made her own teaching aids. In class, Li Na instructs the students on how to create parts of the human body such as the meniscus using props such as molding clay.“It is a good way to test whether they have learned thoroughly based on how well they can replicate the structures. Aftermolding it, they can touch it and have a better picture in their mind.”,Li Na said.

平常,李娜还注重跟学生们分享科学的学习方法,她自学科学记忆方法并总结归纳适合盲童的学习方法。多名同事告诉记者,时常能看到李娜在教室外走廊上单独辅导学生。

Usually, Li Na also focuses on sharing scientific learning methods with her students. Shetaughtherself scientific memorizing techniques and compiled learning methods suitable for blind children. Several of her colleagues told reporters that Li Na can often be seen tutoring students alone in the hallway outside the classroom.

功夫不负有心人。李娜所带领的8届80余名盲生均以理想的成绩考入梦想的大学。从设置高考班以来,该校共有200多名盲生圆梦大学。

“Hard work pays off”. Li Na has tutored more than 80 blind students from 8 classes, all of whom have enrolled into their dream universities with ideal grades. Since the establishment of the college entrance examination class, more than 200 blind students have realized their dreams of attending their ideal universities.

该校数学老师吴丹说,一个个盲童都是“摸”进大学的,“教数学最困难的是数学模型和数学图像的学习,普通孩子可以看,我们只能想办法让盲生‘摸’到知识。”

According to Wu Dan, a math teacher at theschool, blind students rely heavily on their sense of touch to learn. Gaining admission into a university is challenging. He said: “the most difficult part of teaching mathematics to blind students is helping them to understand mathematical models and images. While ordinary children can learn through seeing these images, teachers must find alternative methods to help blind students to learnthrough touch.”

在数学教研室,记者见到了吴丹和同事制作的数十件教具。“教具制作构思都很困难,一方面要便于触摸,另一方面有些教具还要能体现动态变化的过程。”吴丹介绍,制作一件数学教具经常要构思一个星期左右,老师们经常会蒙上眼睛,站在盲生的角度去体验。平时,吴丹和同事们还要用一个个盲文敲出整套试卷。

Visiting the mathematics research and development room, the journalist saw numerous teaching aids crafted by Wu Dan and her colleagues.“Designing these aids is challenging because they need to be both tactile and able to show dynamic changes.” Wu Dan explained. Coming up with a design for a single aid can take up to a week, and teachers often try to see things from a visually impaired student's perspective by wearing blindfolds. Aside from designing teaching aids, Wu Dan and her colleagues are responsible for transcribing entire sets of exam papers into Braille.


让大爱托起坚毅的成长

Let Selfless Love Foster Tenacious Growth


很多武汉盲校毕业生都会说,自己是被爱包围着成长的。

Numerousof graduates from Wuhan School for the Blind have expressed that they were nurtured by love throughout their formative years.

不少学生都提起了刘馨老师。刘馨在武汉盲校已当了11年的班主任,多次被评为优秀班主任。“倾听”是她的必修课,学生和她的聊天时长,从初接班的十分钟,到后来三小时还意犹未尽。“我们要走进孩子们的心里,才能了解他们,获得信任。”刘馨说。

Numerous students have mentioned Teacher Liu Xin, who has beena class supervisor at the school for 11 years and has been recognized multiple times as an outstanding teacher. Liu Xin always listens attentively to her students, the duration of their conversations increasing over timefrom a mere ten minutes to hours on end. Even then, her students never seem to tire from talking with her. “To understand them and gain their trust, we need to step into their hearts”, Liu Xin said.

目前,刘馨所带的学生大多在企业实践学习,放心不下的她,和同学们联系得更加紧密。“我的电话、QQ、微信都是24小时在线,群里的消息也都是第一时间回复。”刘馨说。

Currently, many of the students under Liu Xin's guidance are participating in practical learning experiences with various companies. She feels a great sense of responsibility for them, and has formed even stronger connections with them by maintaining frequent contact. “I make myself available 24/7 via phone, QQ, and WeChat, and I always respond to messages in our group chats as quickly as possible,” said Liu Xin.

今年1月一个晚上10时许,她突然接到班上学生月月(化名)的电话,哭着说要回家不实习了。刘馨第一时间找到了月月,带着她去吃宵夜,耐心地开导。晚上,还将她带回自己家中暂住。在刘馨的开导下,月月鼓起勇气主动回到了单位继续实习。

OnoneJanuary evening this year, at around 10 o'clock, Liu Xin received an unexpected phone call from one of her students named “Yueyue(pseudonym)”. The student was in tears, expressing a desire to leave her internship and return home. Without hesitation, Liu Xin immediately reached out to Yueyue, took her out for a midnight snack, and patiently comforted her. Liu Xin even brought Yueyue back to her own home where she could stay temporarily. With Liu Xin's patient guidance and emotional support, Yueyue found the courage to return to her internship and continue with her work.

同样是班主任的叶召琼老师说,面对家境、文化、背景参差不齐的孩子,不仅要付出责任和爱心,更需要耐心和智慧。她相信,每一个孩子都愿意做最好的自己,在他们成长的路上,需要的不是指责和批评,而是鼓励和帮助。

Ye Zhaoqiong, who is also a class supervisor, shared that when dealing with students from different backgrounds, cultures, and family situations, it is important to show not just responsibility and kindness, but also patience and intelligence. She believes that every child wants to do their best, and on their journey towards growth, they need encouragement and help rather than blame and criticism.

除了老师,盲校孩子们还受到社会各界的关爱,因此老师们也会引导学生学会感恩,并鼓励他们用一技之长回报社会。

In addition to their teachers, children from the school also receive care and support from different communities in society. As a result, teachers strive to instill in their students a sense of gratitude, and motivate them to utilize their talents to contribute to society.

武汉盲校有一支已成立10年的善为志愿服务队,学生常常跟着校团总支书记胡慧明一起前往社区,为公交司机、环卫工人、社区居民、敬老院老人等,开展盲人按摩、中医理疗、健康科普等志愿服务,因此被评为洪山区优秀志愿服务队。

The Wuhan School for the Blind has a volunteer service team called “Shan Wei” with a 10-year history. Students often join their school union secretary, Hu Huiming, to provide voluntary services such as blind massage, traditional Chinese medicine therapy, and health education to people in need including bus drivers, sanitation workers, community residents, and elderly care home residents in local communities. Due to their dedication, this team has been recognized as an outstanding volunteer service team in the Hongshan District.

今年3月,在洪山区武珞路小学石牌岭分校开展义诊服务时,学生徐思说:“我们受到过别人的帮助,所以也希望通过自己所学帮助别人,我们很自豪。”

During a charity event held at the Shipaoling Branch School of Wuluo Road Primary School in Hongshan District this March, a student named Xu Si said: “We have received help from others, so we also want to help others with what we have learned. It's our joy and pride to do so.”

志愿服务活动能让盲生感受到社会的接纳和肯定,胡慧明为此几乎放弃了所有周末。她和同事还会组织各类活动,促进盲生融入社会。低年级的同学们每逢周末行程都安排得满满的,东湖观湖景、武大赏樱花、省博听编钟、科技馆探秘……“胡老师带着我们去了好多地方,学到了很多知识,感受到了很多温暖。”武汉盲校毕业生刘雅倩说。

Participating in volunteer activities has allowed blind students to feel accepted and valued by society. For this purpose, Hu Huiming has sacrificed almost all of her weekends. Together with her colleagues, they organize various events to promote the integration of blind students and society. From visiting scenic locations such as Donghu Lake and Cherry Blossoms in Wuhan University, to listening to chime bells at the Provincial Museum and exploring the Science and Technology Museum, the weekends of students in lower grades are filled with these exciting activities. “Teacher Hu has taken us to so many places and we've learned a lot of new information. We feel incredibly grateful,” said Liu Yaqian, a graduate from Wuhan School for the Blind.
