张竭诚将军故居、刘昌毅将军故居、秦基伟将军故居、抗日军政学校旧址……这里是被称为“中国第一将军县”的红安县，共走出了223位共和国将军，纪念场馆、革命遗址遍布全县，而串起20余处红色景点的是一条经典旅游公路。这条入围交通运输部2022年度“十大最美农村路”的经典旅游公路，“让将军故居不再静默，让红色故事传遍九州”。
Hong’an County (originally Huang’an), known as the "County of Generals" to refer to the 223 Chinese army generals that have been born there, is dotted with memorial halls and revolutionary sites including Zhang Jiecheng’s Former Residence, Liu Changyi’s Former Residence, Qin Jiwei’s Former Residence, etc. Currently, over 20 red tourists attractions in the region have been connected by a classic tourism highway, which is shortlisted for the "Top Ten Most Beautiful Rural Roads" by the Ministry of Transport of PRC in 2022 and is said to "bring great changes to the silent former residence of the generals, and make the red story spread throughout the country".

在革命老区红安县，一首民谣广为传唱。这里打响了黄麻起义的第一枪，诞生了223位共和国将军，被称为“中国第一将军县”。
The above mentioned folk song is widespread in the old revolutionary base, where the first shot of the Huang’an-Macheng Uprising was fired and is also home to 223 Chinese army generals, thus earning the name "County of Generals".
红安县位于鄂豫两省交界处的大别山区，红色资源丰富，被列入文物保护单位的革命遗址遗迹共有224处。拥有黄麻起义和鄂豫皖苏区纪念园、李先念故居纪念园、董必武故居纪念园、七里坪镇长胜街革命旧址群、刘邓大军挺进大别山指挥部旧址和大别山抗日军政学校旧址等红色旅游项目。
Hong’an, located in the Dabie Mountains at the junction of Hubei and Henan provinces, is rich in revolutionary resources. Up to now, 224 revolutionary sites are listed as national cultural relics protection units. In addition, there are various red tourism projects such as the Memorial Park of Huangma Uprising and Hubei-Henan-Anhui Soviet Area, Li Xiannian Former Residence, Dong Biwu Former Residence, Changsheng Street in Qiliping Town, the former Headquarters of Liu-Deng Army Marching Dabie Mountains and the former site of the Anti-Japanese Military and Political School.
对于大别山革命老区而言，发展红色旅游项目还需通达的交通来支撑，红安县经典旅游景区公路的建成通车，将该县红色景点串联成线，成为该县旅游产业的一把“金钥匙”。
Accessible transportation is indispensable for developing the red tourism in the rugged Dabie Mountains region. In this regard, the completion and opening of the local tourist road has become a "golden key" to the county's booming tourism.
7月21日，记者乘车沿着红安县经典旅游景区公路（以下简称“经典旅游公路”）至七里坪镇盐店河村，宽阔平坦的公路在山间蜿蜒舒展，串联起沿途的一个个红色景点。一路上，陆续有私家车和旅游大巴驶过。
On July 21, the reporter drove through the wide and flat road to Yandianhe Village in the northwest of Qiliping town. The road winds through the mountains and connects the red scenic spots along the way. Private cars and tour buses passed by from time to time.
盐店河村位于红安县七里坪镇西北部，是全国首批红色美丽村庄试点村，是开国上将、原国防部长秦基伟的故乡，也是红安县经典旅游景区公路的起点。经典旅游公路直通盐店河村村口，从镇上驱车而来不过十来分钟，一路平坦通畅。
As the first batch of key red tourism villages nationwide, Yandianhe Village is not only the hometown of Qin Jiwei, the former Minister of National Defense, but also the starting point of the smooth tourist road in Hong’an. Altogether, it took about ten minutes to drive there from the town.
村内的交通驿站Transportation station in a village
村口，红色壁画、宣传语、指引牌映入眼帘，宛如一座露天博物馆，记录着红色记忆。顺着村口往前，干净笔直的沥青路铺入村内，红色交通驿站上停了不少外地牌照的小轿车。沿着驿站对面的坡道往上走，树影斑驳，屋舍俨然，秦基伟故居就在此间。青砖瓦房内，摆设的桌椅、床柜等物品，基本保持着原居面貌，盐店河村党支部委员秦燕波正给外来游客讲解着开国上将的故事。
The murals, slogans, and guide boards at the entrance of the village are like an open-air museum that records the red memories. Going forward, a clean and straight asphalt road is paved into the village, and cars from other cities can be seen parked at the transportation station. Walking up the ramp opposite the station through the shadow of trees, the reporter came to the Former Residence of Qin Jiwei. In the blue-brick house, the layout of tables, chairs, bed cabinets and other furniture is basically the same as when he lived here. Qin Yanbo, a member of the village's Party branch, was telling tourists the story of the general.
“去年，经典旅游公路建成通车后，无论是村民和土特产出村，还是外来游客进村，都更方便了。”盐店河村党支部书记秦文彬告诉极目新闻记者，仅今年上半年，该村就接待了游客200余万人次，与去年同期相比实现翻倍，红色旅游收入截至目前已达20万元，预计今年突破40万元。
"Since the road was opened to traffic last year, it has become easier for villagers to come out of the village and for tourists to enter the village. Sales of local products have improved as well." Qin Wenbin, Party Secretary of the village, said that in the first half of this year, the village has received more than 2 million visitors, which has doubled compared with the same period last year. The income from red tourism has reached 200,000 yuan so far, and it is projected to exceed 400,000 yuan this year.
红军饭堂A restaurant that provides tourists with the "Red Army Meal"
秦菊波是盐店河村的村民，也是该村“红军饭堂”的负责人。正值午饭时分，饭堂内正忙着为游客准备珍珠花菜、南瓜汤、红安苕等地方特色菜。“经典旅游公路通车后，旺季时饭堂月营业额增加了6万多元。”秦菊波告诉极目新闻记者，饭堂除了他还请了六七个村里的脱贫户帮忙，生意好时他们的最高月工资能有4000元。

"After the opening of the highway, the monthly turnover of the restaurant increased by more than 60,000 yuan during the peak season." Qin Jubo revealed that he also hired seven villagers from households in poverty to help him with the restaurant. When business is good, their monthly salary can reach up to 4,000 yuan.
一路串起20余处红色景点

道路通、旅游旺、产业兴，这样的景象不仅在盐店河村上演着。
In fact, Yandianhe Village is not the only village that benefits from the tourism highway.
据红安县交通运输局副局长冯兴平介绍，经典旅游路长25.5公里，投资2亿多元，南联刘邓大军挺进大别山指挥部旧址群，北接秦基伟将军故居及大别山抗日军政学校旧址群，贯穿七里坪镇20多个村，串起红二十八军军部旧址、红二十八军招兵处、红军缝衣厂等全国重点文物保护单位，红色景点多达20余处。

在新庙村西汪家湾革命旧址群，有着冀鲁豫野战军司令部及刘伯承居住处、邓小平居住处、李先念居住处等几处红色遗迹，是湖北省文物保护单位、红色旅游经典景区。
In the Wangjiawan Revolutionary Site, west of Xinmiao Village, popular tourist attractions include the Hebei-Shandong-Henan Field Army Headquarters and Liu Bocheng's Former Residence, Deng Xiaoping's Former Residence, and Li Xiannian's Former Residence.
在全国首批红色美丽村庄试点村七里坪镇八一村，鄂豫皖苏区中心烈士陵园、鄂豫皖特区苏维埃政府旧址、苏维埃大礼堂、红军井等红色遗址景点，沿着宽阔的公路一路延伸。

“通村路宽又美，是村里发展的产业路、富民路，我们正依托便利的交通，发展红色旅游，多方增加村民收入。”八一村支部书记郑喜中说，村里的土特产还通过直播带货让销路更宽。
"The wide and stunning road in the village can benefit our industries and villagers. We are relying on the convenient transportation to develop red tourism and diversify the income of the villagers." Zheng Xizhong, Party Secretary of Bayi Village, said local specialties were also promoted through live streaming.
正值暑假，从县城自驾而来的陈女士一家，正陪同从外省前来的朋友参观红色景点。“我们刚参观完秦基伟将军故居，顺着旅游公路准备去下一个景点。”陈女士说，近些年明显感觉到红安的路越来越好了，一路开过来路面平坦，路上的红色景点标识也清清楚楚，“去参观红色景点，连导航都不用开，顺着路标走就对了，一路干净整洁。”
Ms. Chen and her family, who came by car from the county to spend their summer vacation, was accompanying friends from other provinces to visit the local red scenic spots. "We just visited Qin Jiwei's Former Residence, and we are going to the next scenic spot along the tourist road." Ms. Chen said that in recent years, she clearly felt that the roads in Hong’an had been improved significantly. The ride was smooth and the signs were clear, "We don't even need to use a navigation app. All you need to do is to follow the road signs and the road is clean and tidy."
“通达的交通，让将军故居不再静默，让红色故事传遍九州。”红安县副县长彭杰说，近年来，依托丰富的红色旅游资源，县委县政府将打造大别山红色中心城市作为战略目标，将发展红色文化旅游作为主导产业之一，围绕支撑红色旅游发展，村路从畅通到提档升级，目前已经高标准完成89.7公里的将军故居路升级改造，有力带动了沿线的红色旅游、革命遗址遗迹保护利用和产业发展。
Peng Jie, deputy head of Hong’an County, said that in recent years, relying on the rich red tourism resources, the county's Party Committee and county government would take the development of the county into the central red tourism city of the Dabie Mountains as its strategic goal, and would develop red cultural tourism as one of the leading industries. To support the initiative, the county has upgraded 89.7 km of roads along the generals' places of residence with high standards, which has contributed to the protection and utilization of revolutionary resources and industrial development.
产业发展 带动村民增收

发展红色旅游的同时，该县引进了光伏基地、花椒产业园等产业项目，让沉淀着红色历史的革命老区焕发新生机。
While developing red tourism, the county has also introduced industrial projects such as a photovoltaic power generation base and a peppercorn industrial park, revitalizing the old revolutionary area.
在七里坪镇张石河村，“双臂顺行式”新型棚架翠冠梨示范基地的梨子长势喜人。7月，正值梨子上市的季节，甜脆多汁的梨子吸引了路过的游客前来采摘。
In Zhangshihe Village, Qiliping Town, the pears planted in "Cuiguan" Pear Demonstration Base with the horizontal trellis system grow well. As the peak season comes around, these sweet, crunchy and juicy pears always attract passing tourists who can't help but to pick them.
梨园内，张石河村党支部副书记张基福正查看梨子长势。“你看这些梨树都是‘双臂’，比普通梨树产量至少增加了一倍。”张基福向极目新闻记者介绍，这片果园2016年开始筹建，今年第一年上市销售。目前已经卖出了三分之二。
Zhang Jifu, deputy Party secretary of Zhangshihe Village, was inspecting in the pear orchard. "See, the yield of these pear trees is twice that of ordinary pear trees." Zhang Jifu introduced to the Jimu News reporters that the orchard began to be built in 2016 and the pears were on the market for the first time this year. Two-thirds have been sold so far.
他回忆道，初建园时，还担心梨子运出去的问题，因为当时只有一条小路可以往外走，现在旅游公路直达基地，“道路畅通梨子不愁卖，我们还注册了自己的商标，计划依托畅通的公路销往全省甚至全国。”
He recalled that when the park was first built, he was worried about the transportation, because at that time there was only a small undeveloped road, and now the tourist road goes directly to the base, "With the road, we are no longer worried about selling the pears. We have also registered our own trademark and plan to expand our market to the provincial level and even nationwide. "
在七里坪镇白马嘶村，公路直达红安万亩花椒田园综合体，火红的花椒正值采摘季。明守安是花椒园的负责人，2018年回乡创业之前，他在外地做建筑工程。“基地现在主要做花椒的种植、加工与销售，常年带动150户村民就业，间接带动周边村500多户。去年旅游公路通车后，花椒及加工产品出村的运输时间缩短了，运输成本也降低了20%。”明守安说。
In Baimasi Village, the fiery red peppercorns in the Hong’an Peppercorn Complex, are ripe for picking. Ming Shou’an, who is in charge of the peppercorn field, did construction projects in other places before returning to his hometown in 2018 to start the business. "The base now mainly engages in the planting, processing and selling peppercorns. It helps 150 households directly in the village and over 500 households in surrounding villages indirectly to find employment. After the opening of the tourism highway last year, the transportation time of peppercorns and processed products out of the village was shortened, and the transportation cost was reduced by 20%." Ming Shou’an said.
“原先七里坪镇的村民主要以外出务工为主，这条经典旅游公路开通后，带动了红色旅游、产业发展、村民就业，户均年增收8000元左右。”七里坪镇党委副书记孙伟介绍。
"Originally, the villagers of Qiliping Town were mainly migrant workers, but after the highway was put into operation, it has stimulated red tourism, industrial development, and employment of villagers, and the average annual income of households has increased by about 8,000 yuan."
