绿道，翻山越岭，穿湖镶江，早已成为武汉市民朋友们亲近大自然的“导游”，是城市气质的代言人。
Over the mountains and through the lakes and rivers, the greenway has become a “guide” for residents in Wuhan to get closer to nature, and a spokesperson for the character of the city.
特色木屋享受惬意生活 Enjoying refreshments in a unique treehouse
在绿道骑行、乐跑、滑行，已然是武汉人幸福花样生活不可或缺的一部分。
Cycling, running and skating on the greenway have become an integral part of people's happy lives in Wuhan.
江夏八分山绿道的静月亭旁，别出心裁地辟出一条近千米的木质栈道。栈道蜿蜒而下，沿途每种树木都挂上了科普铭牌，路边设有很多微景观，比如实景的油画，打开画中的盒子，还能够欣赏到画中植物开花时的样子。
A unique wooden plank road of nearly 1,000 meters has been ingeniously constructed next to the Jingyue Pavilion on the greenway at Bafen mountain in Jiangxia District. The plank road winds down, along which each species of tree has a nameplate on. Additionally, there are numerous miniature sceneries along the way, such as realistic oil paintings. Opening the box embedded in the paintings, one can further appreciate the scenery of the plants in the artwork when in bloom.

“此行途经这里，自然画风里多了文艺风。”市民李先生带孩子在此游玩，他感觉以前绿道就是供大家走路的，如今绿道留人，让你不得不驻足吸收些许知识营养，绿道不仅散发优雅气质，也越来越有内涵。
“On this trip, literature and art have influenced the natural environment.” Mr. Li said when he took his children to the greenway. He expressed that in past times the greenway was intended for walking, but has since become much more attractive, thus encouraging visitors to stop to and learn more. The greenway here has both elegant and cultural undertones.

经常来爬山的徒步爱好者们看到这一欣喜变化，也拍手叫好，“踏上木栈道，耳听鞋子与木头的清脆碰撞声，阳光透过树叶洒在脸上，真是诗情画意！”
Hikers who often climb the mountain were equally thrilled to witness this delightful change. “It is really poetic and romantic to listen to the crisp clatter of shoes stepping on the wooden plank, and enjoy the sunlight on our faces shining through the leaves”, they said.

沿途特意修建了两座特色木屋，一座尖顶、一座圆形，已然成为游客的休憩打卡宝地。恰逢周末，市民张先生特意携家人从武昌赶来游玩，圆形木屋下，一家人其乐融融尽享野趣。
There are two unique wooden houses built along the way, one with a pointed roof and the other with a round roof. The place has become a great attraction for tourists to visit and relax. During the weekend, Mr. Zhang specifically brought his family from Wuchang to enjoy the scenery. Under the round wooden house, the family enjoyed the unique charm of the wild.
八分山绿道吸引众多游客前来打卡 The greenway at Bafen Mountain attracts many tourists
这，只是武汉绿道变化的小窗口。极目新闻记者从武汉市园林和林业局了解到，2022年全市建设绿道100.34公里，今年将持续提升城市品质，继续高水平打造百里长江生态廊道，新增滨江碧道11.4公里，新改建绿道100公里。
This is just one small step in the transformation of Wuhan's greenways. The reporter of JIMU News was informed by the Wuhan Municipal Landscape Gardens and Forestry Bureau that in 2022, 100.34 kilometers of greenway was built in the city. Additionally, in 2023, efforts will be exerted on improving the quality of the city by constructing a high-quality 100-mile Yangtze River ecological corridor, extending Binjiang Greenway by 11.4 kilometers, and rebuilding 100 kilometers of greenway.

武汉绿道建设，经年累月，已形成一个较大的网络。因此，当下不仅追求其量变，更注重质变。比如，东西山系人文绿道正在打造一条展示武汉核心人文资源的文化线路，其中月湖至蛇山的核心示范段值得期待，比如增加月湖环线慢跑道，引入智慧系统等。
Throughout the years, Wuhan has built a sizable network of greenways. As a result, the focus is now not only on quantitative change, but rather qualitative transformation. One such project is the construction a road along the cultural greenway of the east-west mountain to showcase Wuhan's core cultural resources. Specifically, the main demonstration segment of the road, which runs from Moon Lake to Snake Hill, will be worth anticipating because it will include features like a jogging path around the Moon Lake, intelligent system and others.
绿道，树立起来了新的风向标——因循自然，传播文化。
In a nutshell, greenways have established a new trend-- following nature and spreading culture.
