The gentle evening breeze blew across the Han River, the riverside hustling and bustling beneath the summer night sky. On the evening of July 21st, the Ring Island Park on Yuliangzhou Island in Xiangyang, Hubei Province, was bathed in a brilliant night glow. The iconic "tornado" light installation shone brightly, becoming a new popular spot for tourists. The combination of river breeze, music, and delicious food created a lively and vibrant scene, serving as a vivid illustration of the ongoing growth of Xiangyang's night economy.

夜幕降临，白日暑气被汉江水汽悄然抚平。鱼梁洲NoCup酒吧内人声鼎沸，百余张餐桌座无虚席，年轻游客围坐江边，伴着嗞嗞作响的特色小吃、冒着气泡的精酿啤酒，聆听现场乐队轻柔演唱。悠扬歌声伴着江风飘散，氛围感拉满，店外仍有不少游客排队等候入场，夜游热度居高不下。独特的灯光夜景和松弛的江畔氛围，随手一拍皆是大片。
As night fell, the heat of the day was eased by the refreshing mist from the Han River. In the NoCup bar on Yuliangzhou, the place was teeming with people. Over a hundred tables, all fully occupied. Young tourists sat by the river, enjoying savory snacks and fizzy craft beer, while listening to the soft singing of the live band. Melodious live music drifted along the river breeze, creating an enchanting atmosphere. Long lines of visitors continued to form outside, highlighting the sustained popularity of Xiangyang's nighttime tourism. With its spectacular light displays and the laid-back riverside ambience, even the most casual snapshot turned into a picture-perfect moment.
这家爆红的网红酒馆，由00后创业团队打造。创始人焦傲是土生土长的襄阳人，2023年返乡抢抓鱼梁洲文旅发展机遇，从简易露营基地起步，不断升级业态，创新打造音乐酒馆模式。2024年改良推出的“龙卷风”灯光造型意外走红，凭借沉浸式江畔夜游体验圈粉无数，夏季日均客流爆满，单日最高接待量达两三千人次。
The popular riverside music bar was established by a team of young entrepreneurs. Its founder, Jiao Ao, a Xiangyang native, returned to his hometown in 2023 to seize the opportunities created by Yuliangzhou's growing cultural tourism sector. Starting with a simple campsite, the team gradually expanded and diversified its offerings before developing an innovative riverside music venue. In 2024, its signature "Tornado" light installation quickly became an online sensation. Combined with its immersive riverside nighttime experience, it has attracted large numbers of visitors. During the summer, the venue operates at near full capacity every day, with daily visitor numbers peaking at between 2,000 and 3,000.
单点爆红的背后，是襄阳全域夜经济的蓬勃崛起。坐拥三水交汇的独特区位，鱼梁洲深耕“亲水经济”，23公里环岛步道串联多处网红场景，年均游客量超200万人次。当地通过商户联动、消费券投放等举措，激活夏夜市集活力，聚拢城市烟火气。
The explosive popularity of certain attractions reflects Xiangyang's thriving citywide nighttime economy. Situated at the confluence of three rivers, Yuliangzhou has developed its waterfront economy. A 23-kilometer island loop trail links numerous popular attractions, drawing over 2 million visitors each year. Local authorities have injected fresh vitality into its summer night markets and fostered a lively nighttime atmosphere through coordinated merchant campaigns.
如今，襄阳依托政策赋能获评国家级消费新业态新模式新场景试点城市，拥有多个国家级、省级夜间消费集聚区。随着夜间文旅业态不断创新升级，这座古城的夏夜正愈发活力满满、热辣滚烫。
Thanks to policy-driven empowerment, Xiangyang has been designated a national pilot city for new consumption formats, models and scenarios. It is home to multiple national and provincial nighttime consumption clusters and tourism consumption. As nighttime cultural tourism offerings keep innovating and upgrading, the ancient city's summer nights are brimming with ever greater vitality and bustling energy.
