Streets in Chongqing were flooded after heavy rain. A hot pot restaurant sitting on low ground got its sandbags washed away, and water came pouring in within seconds. Diners were caught off guard but remained fairly calm.
The restaurant said it offered discounts to the customers who were dining at the time.
